General terms & conditions

  • Once received, merchandise may be returned for store credit only if it is in its original condition and packaging at the physical location. We can issue shop credit for items mailed back to us, customer must cover shipping fees.
  • We cannot accept wound hanks or yarn that has been knit and pulled out, or notions without their original, undamaged packaging.
  • We are happy to wind hanks and twists purchased at Sun Dragon at no additional charge: this must be indicated in the notes at checkout, or contact us separately to ask for this service. Please note winding yarn before shipping will delay mailing by several days.
  • If our online system glitches and we do not have your product in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible about options, which may include: refund, shop credit, other products, or waiting until we can get more inventory in stock.
  • If you purchase yarn from us and we find we do not have enough to fill your order in the same dye lot, we will contact you to discuss options so you have the best experience possible with us.
